This excerpt from the Tucson paper...

"The Wildcats (1-3) have eight games remaining, including Saturday night's matchup with No. 19 TCU at Arizona Stadium.

Mackovic admitted barring up to 20 players from a team meal at the hotel Friday night for failing to meet with him Friday afternoon. Full story.

"I gave the guys a card last night, and I told them, 'I want you to come see me, and this will be your dinner ticket,'" Mackovic said. "Several did not show."

This team has quit again on Mackovic...not to mention there is very little offensive and defensive talent at Arizona. TCU's stout defense will easily contain the poor excuse of an offense Arizona will put on the field.

3x normal play here. Normally don't do it, but this one is worth it.

This team quit on Mac long ago. I'm 3-0 fading the Cats, and see no reason to go against that trend this week vs. a stout TCU defense that will take a victory vs. a Pac-10 foe no matter the circumstance.

TCU looks completely unmotivated for some reason.

Maybe Az. is inspired at the thought of losing their head coach?

Wow is about all I can...didn't see this one coming at all. Heavner turns into Joe Montana and TCU looks like they had $$ on Arizona.

Good point Pat.

This is also the perfect example why one should not "load up" on one game. Believe me, that thought had occurred to me.

90210, you bring up a very interesting theory. TCU's play, as does the line movement in both the Tulane game and Arizona game indeed looks very suspicious. This Army game should be very interesting to observe. Army should be a huge (at least 3 td) underdog when the line comes out.
